2. Service Description

We offer professional career consulting services for individuals seeking employment support, including but not limited to:

  • Career strategy sessions

  • Resume development and optimization

  • Federal job application guidance

  • LinkedIn and branding support

  • Digital resources and templates

All services are delivered virtually unless otherwise agreed.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and timely information

  • Attending scheduled sessions on time

  • Reviewing drafts and deliverables within reasonable timeframes

  • Respectful communication and adherence to our process

Failure to respond within 14 days without notice may result in project closure with no refund.

4. Payments and Refunds

  • Full payment is due at the time of booking or as invoiced.

  • All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

  • If a payment fails or is reversed, services will be paused until resolved.

  • Payment processing is handled through secure third-party services such as Stripe and WooCommerce.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • Coaching sessions and strategy calls must be rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Missed calls without notice may result in forfeiture of the session.

  • Packages with multiple sessions expire 60 days after the first scheduled call, unless otherwise agreed.

6. Intellectual Property

All content provided, including resumes, templates, digital products, emails, and proprietary frameworks, is the intellectual property of The Transition Bureau™ and may not be copied, shared, resold, or distributed without written permission.

7. Results Disclaimer

While we strive to provide high-quality support, we do not guarantee job placement, interviews, or promotions. Career outcomes depend on factors outside our control, including market conditions and individual effort.

8. Use of Website

By using our website, you agree not to:

  • Engage in unlawful or abusive behavior

  • Attempt to hack, duplicate, or disrupt our site or services

  • Misrepresent your identity or payment information

We reserve the right to terminate access to our site or services for any violations.
